Woman’s Club announces 250th quilt fundraiser

MIDDLESEX––The Quilters of the Middlesex County Woman’s Club have finished another beautiful quilt! The red, white and blue colors honor the nation’s 250th anniversary celebration. Raffle tickets are on sale now ($1 each or six for $5) and the winner will be announced on Saturday, November 7 at the 69th Urbanna Oyster Festival. You do not have to be present to win.

All proceeds go towards scholarships for Middlesex students and residents, maintenance of the colonial courthouse and grounds, and community projects.
