NORTHUMBERLAND—The 21st annual Classic Boat Show will be held from 10 a.m. – 4 p.m. September 13 on and around the Reedville Fishermen’s Museum (RFM) campus at 504 Main Street, Reedville.
Antique and classic boats will be on display and/or for sale on land and at the RFM dock and others along Main Street. At least one water taxi, Fannie, a 100-year-old Chesapeake deadrise draketail, will operate among the RFM dock and points on the other side of Main Street.
There will be a nautical flea market and other vendors. Food prepared by the RFM chefs will include oyster po’ boys, sausage with peppers and onions, burgers and hot dogs. There also will be a beer garden.
Admission to the boat show is $15 for museum members and active military, $20 for others, and free for ages 17 and younger. Admission will include entry to all museum buildings and displays. The model trains will be running.
