The YMCA of the Virginia Peninsulas is inviting adults ages 60 and older to enjoy up to seven free visits during Active Aging Month, running through April 15 at all 13 YMCAs of the Virginia Peninsula locations. Participants can explore group exercise classes, fitness equipment, pickleball, social activities, and wellness workshops at no cost.

Visits do not need to be consecutive, making it easy for older adults to enjoy the Y on their own schedule. Adults 60 and older can enroll by visiting the welcome center at any YMCA location and presenting a valid photo ID. After completing their free visits, guests are encouraged to consider membership to continue their wellness journey year‑round.

For information, stop by your local YMCA of the Virginia Peninsulas.
