Leprechauns & Libations Stroll slated for March 14 in Urbanna

Get ready to “stroll” into St. Patrick’s Day with a twist!

Participate in a fun afternoon of shopping, sipping, and dining while celebrating the luck of the Irish at the second annual Leprechauns & Libations Stroll event, set for 2-5 p.m. Saturday, March 14, in downtown Urbanna. Check in at The Chesapeake Inn, 250 Virginia St. (look for the 14-foot check-in flag), to receive your souvenir tasting glass, a map of participating businesses, and an event wristband.

There will be exclusive shopping and dining deals at participating Urbanna shops and restaurants.

Dress in your finest green and plaids, grab your friends, and get ready to sip, shop, and shamrock your way through town.

Ten wine, four beer, and one Irish whiskey tastings are included in the ticket price and will be served at nine local boutiques and shops along the historic streets of Urbanna. Tickets are $20.

Online ticket holders, bring a copy of your PayPal receipt or be prepared to display receipt on your phone or tablet.

Please note: this is a rain or shine event, and you must bring a valid driver’s license with proof of age for this age 21 and older event. It is sponsored by the Urbanna Business Association; do not call the Urbanna Town Office with questions.
