Bring your devices to Tech Day
Mark your calendars for another Tech Day at Christ Church Parish (Episcopal) in Middlesex County’s Christchurch community, near Saluda. The event will take place on Wednesday, Aug. 21, from 2 to 5 p.m. in the church’s parish hall. Christ Church is sponsoring this event to benefit the community.
During Tech Day, attendees can come in with their technology-related questions. Organizers encourage you to bring your devices.
Additionally, there will be educational sessions starting at the top and bottom of each hour, covering various technology topics. The schedule for the education sessions is as follows:
- 2 p.m. — Password Management / IOS Share
- 2:30 p.m. — Artificial Intelligence Demo
- 3 p.m. — End of Life Planning
- 3:30 p.m. — Phishing Scams / Malware / Secure Email
- 4 p.m. — QR Codes / RFID Tags
The event is organized by Greg Grichtmeier of SeektheGeek.com. He will be joined by Chris Henley from Mill Creek Geek, along with other local experts.
