Brent and Becky’s offering spring tours of their gardens

The signs of spring are beginning to bloom! Spring crocus and snowdrops (galanthus) are adding some color in the gardens at Brent and Becky’s. The gardens are open to visitors Monday through Saturday, 9 a.m. to 4 p.m.

The Bulb Shoppe and Gardens at Brent and Becky’s are open 9 a.m.-4 p.m. Monday-Saturday. They are located at 7900 Daffodil Lane in Gloucester. Contact them at 693-3966, ext. 108 or www.thebulbshoppe.com. For information regarding these events and to see future events, visit www.thebulbshoppe.com

Their spring garden tours continue at 1-3 p.m. Saturday, April 3, Wednesday, April 7, Saturday, April 10, and Wednesday, April 14.

Take a leisurely stroll through the trial fields and gardens at the farm and home of Brent and Becky Heath. See where they grow trials, where they grow what they sell, see different planting combinations and locations so they can see what works best and where, plus a little history of the land you will be touring. Walking shoes recommended and will be on gravel, dirt and grass. Wheelchairs are not recommended or children younger than 7. Reservations are required and are $10 per person.
