NORTHUMBERLAND —The Easter Bunny will return to Reedville by boat on April 4. The event is sponsored by the Reedville Fishermen’s Museum (RFM) and Bethany United Methodist Church.
The Easter Bunny will be aboard the museum’s classic boat Fannie with Capt. Pat Darr, reported public relations volunteer Tina McCloud. They’ll motor up Cockrell Creek to arrive at the museum dock about 10 a.m. The dock is behind the RFM, 504 Main Street, Reedville.
Community youngsters and their families are invited to join the bunny for the Easter egg hunt, with three hunts scheduled at the same time for ages 0-3, 4-7 and 8 and older. Each group will have a designated area to search for eggs filled with goodies.
Games and photos with the bunny will be held outside, or in case of inclement weather, in the church fellowship hall, adjacent to the museum campus.
