Kilmarnock UMC to host free Jingle Jam

LANCASTER—Kilmarnock United Methodist Church, 89 East Church Street, Kilmarnock, will host Jingle Jam from 10 a.m.-2 p.m. December 13.

The free holiday event, for ages 5-12, will feature storytelling, Christmas craft activities and a special pizza lunch with Santa and Mrs. Claus, reported Whitney Lang. Children can browse Santa’s Secret Shop to select gifts for family members and share their Christmas wishes with Santa.

While the event is free of charge, advance registration is required due to limited space. Parents and guardians can register their children at www.kilmarnockumc.org. The four-hour program offers a festive opportunity for children to enjoy holiday activities in a safe and welcoming environment and give parents an opportunity to shop locally for Christmas, said Lang.
