LANCASTER—Garfields Rescue Inc. will host Wine & Whiskers from 5-7:30 p.m. September 3 at Trinity Episcopal Church Pavilion, 8484 Mary Ball Road, Lancaster.The annual fundraiser benefits homeless feline critical medical care, lifesaving spay/neuter surgeries, food, shelter and vaccines to prevent life-threatening diseases, reported president Karen S. Peterson.
The event will offer wine, hors d’oeuvres, music by Paragon DJs, a 50/50 raffle, slideshow and a silent auction of items in themed baskets. Bidding will end at 7 p.m.
Tickets are $60. Tickets may be purchased at www.garfieldsrescuecharity.com; Bayside Animal Hospital, 78 Whisk Drive, White Stone; RAL Art Center, 19 North Main Street, Kilmarnock; and Reedville Fishermen’s Museum, 504 Main Street, Reedville.
